Summertime in Idaho
This summer, August of 2024, we will be holding two classes at the Rejuvenation Sanctuary in Sagle, North Idaho, including:

The classes will be styled as a full retreat with meals and lodging available.

The Life Force - 'Basics' Class:
(32 Hours) August 17 - 20, 2024:
In this class you will learn to become silent enough to listen and feel the inner movements of a person’s body. You will understand how to approach and interact with the central nervous system, the Cranio Sacral system, and feel the specific cranial rhythm you are most comfortable with. You will study how the CS system effects the whole body, learn about fascial intelligence and the diaphragm by diaphragm releases. I will teach you the basic cranial lifts plus the atlas-occiput release which extends and stretches the whole spine.
You will realize your true birthright of ‘endless energy’ and of ‘clarity of purpose in time and space’.
By the end of this Basic class you will be able to give a full basic Cranio session.
Every day each participant gives and receives a practice session.
The Key to Intelligence - 'Talking to the Heart' Class:
(32 Hours) August 22 - 25, 2024:
In this Somato Emotional Trauma Release class you learn how to practice and extend the use of your ‘original voice’. The ancient Master Tilopa called it, “Hitting the nail on the head.” You will be able to recognize and use the intelligence of cells and organs. You will see how to speak directly to the structures inside the body without the interference of the mind. You will also learn techniques for exploring and releasing constrictions that have been put on your own heart and on your own heart protector. Since therapy is directly dependent on the amount of love that the therapist can allow, everyone who wants to claim this ability has to make sure her/his heart is as free as possible.
This class gives the possibility to function more smoothly and express more fully. If joy needs to express itself, this is the doorway, and it will change your life forever.
